School Forms For Enrolled Members

For enrolled members (in the early spring): Fill out the Online Registration Form, print out the Requirements Contract. Mail completed form to Soquel PENS: 397 Old San Jose Road Soquel, CA 95073 or drop them by school. Include a registration check for $100 made out to Soquel PENS.

For enrolled members (towards the end of the summer): print out the membership packet and make a check out to the Adult School for $20. Also, check out our list of SUPPORT JOBS and fill out the online form to recive one of your top three choices.
